Avaya IP Office delivers full voice functionality with a comprehensive set of features. The Avaya IP Office system can be configured as a voice-only PBX using traditional telephone line services or as an IP telephony server using high-speed ISDN/PRI dial-up access and/or Session Initiated Protocol connections.
The Avaya IP Office system includes a robust set of tools for administration (Manager), call tracking (SMDR), system monitoring and diagnostics (System Status Application), to name a few. - Proactive monitoring System Status Application (SSA) provides real-time diagnostics, allowing for maximum up-time and speedy resolution of potential issues. SSA also warns when system resources are reaching capacity (trunks, VCM, voice ports, etc.). Access to the SSA client can be local or remote, and historical alarms are stored on IP Office without the need for a local PC.
